These terms govern the use of the mood journaling service MoodaNote ("App").

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the provider and users to ensure stable service and protect user rights.

2. Services Provided

• Mood journaling and AI analysis messages
• MBTI-based reports and statistical insights
• Cloud backup and SNS login integration

3. Data Management and Backup

Anonymous accounts may lose data if the device is changed. We recommend using SNS login for secure backups. Users are responsible for their own data preservation.

4. Nature of AI Insights

AI insights and advice are for reference only and do not substitute medical judgment or professional consultation.

5. Paid Products and Ads

The App is free to use and displays Google AdMob ads. To remove ads, you may purchase the one-time "Remove Ads" product. Ads are not shown to users who purchase Remove Ads or to existing premium purchasers. New subscription products are no longer sold, and existing subscribers retain their benefits.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each store's policy. Remove Ads is a non-consumable product; if you change devices or reinstall the app with the same store account, you can reapply it via the "Restore Purchases" feature.

6. Privacy Protection

We protect user data in accordance with relevant laws and our separate Privacy Policy.
